Under Her Spell (Halloween)
(Halloween Draw-a-thon 2017: I usually save the obscure characters for midway through October but these two are just too perfect for Halloween to hold off. I mean you can't get more Halloween and obscure than Nelliespell and Freddie DeSpaghetti: King of Carbohydrates. Yes, he's made of pasta.)
