Being the head priestess of Mother Mustang's temple was hard work but Optica found it a very rewarding position especially when the temple avatar, Thirty-Thirty, came to visit.

Well, Thirty-Thirty wasn't exactly 30-30... more like 28-19 but that was plenty of hard (fun) work for Optica still.
